Erica Mason

Erica Mason joined National Search Associates in 2020 as Accounting/Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for all accounting and human resources functions. Erica handles accounts receivables and payables, payroll, financial reporting, benefits administration and business insurance renewals. She also holds a position on the 401K Committee.

With over 25 years of accounting experience as Staff Accountant at Rancho Santa Fe Farms Golf Club and Controller at Coronado Yacht Club her knowledge and skills ensure accuracy and reliability of the accounting functions. Her payroll and human resources experience as Accounting/Human Resources Manager at Kaanapali Golf Courses on Maui makes her the perfect turn-key team member here at NSA.
