Jennifer Wilson, Senior Recruiter, joined National Search Associates in 1998. As a Senior Recruiter, Jennifer is responsible for sourcing strategies, networking and candidate development.
Jennifer has almost 20 years of experience in Executive Recruitment, all with National Search Associates, and specializes in the areas of Analytical Development, Process Development, MS&T (Manufacturing Sciences and Technology) Quality Assurance and Quality Control. She has placed candidates in Senior VP level positions, but doesn’t shy away from the more challenging searches at the Scientist level.
Jennifer takes pride in the many strong relationships that she has built with her candidates over the years, and is always happy to hear from them when they need her to conduct a search for them, or they are actively searching for a new position. Being a native Michigander, Jennifer enjoys the challenge of recruiting for roles in the Midwest and has filled roles in Indianapolis, St. Louis, Ohio, Colorado and Illinois. She moved to California in 1989, and while she enjoys the Southern California weather, she still misses growing up on the lake, fall colors, and white Christmas’.
