Josh has been a core member of National Search’s recruiting team since 2017. He has successfully recruited in Clinical Development, Medical affairs and engineering disciplines for startup biotech’s and major pharma.
As an ordained Rabbi who served as a religious leader for twelve years, Josh thrives in connecting with people, building organizations and aligning individuals and groups around a shared vision and purpose. With outstanding interpersonal and communications skills Josh naturally thrives in the recruiting world.
In his years as a Rabbi he came to know and deeply appreciate the products, services and organizations that genuinely add goodness to the world. He finds himself drawn to them and the amazing impact that they have on the lives of individuals and their families. As recruiter he enjoys utilizing his skills and experiences to help purpose driven organizations find the right people to bring their products and services to those who benefit from what they offer.
