Mr. Rossi is a seasoned executive search professional who began his career in the medical device industry in 1975 as a salesman at Abbey Medical a Division of American Hospital Supply. Prior to joining NSA, he was President of a search firm, Foster Kane & Associates. He was with two other search firms, where he was instrumental in developing and managing their life science portfolio clients.
Bob brings recruiting expertise in multi- occupational disciples with a strong focus on Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Clinical Affairs as well as Engineering professionals. Bob has successfully completed numerous executive-level assignments, supporting clients in medical device corporations as well as select biotechnology companies.
He believes that in order to be an effective recruiter he should be considered an integral part of his clients’ staffing process, not an outsider looking in. With his knowledge of the marketplace and industry trends he brings a unique perspective to his search process which enables him to deliver consistent results.
Bob was born in New York City and relocated to Southern California in his teens. He attended California State University Northridge and received a Bachelor of Arts degree.
