Shelley Griesemer joined National Search Associates in 2003. As Senior Director, Project Management she leads search operations, research strategy, candidate development, and client relations. She works with the Firm’s Retained Search Project Team and Clients to manage timelines, workflow, and in-depth profiling of candidates. Her role is to ensure each search is initiated successfully with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Shelley has recruited for key leadership positions in broad functional areas across Research and Development in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industry. She has the ability to identify exceptional candidates. Her perseverance and ability to understand client needs have allowed her to complete some of the most difficult searches. She maintains a high level of integrity while building professional relationships with clients and candidates.
Born and raised in San Diego, she has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Service Sector Management, from California State University San Marcos.
