Veronica Flores

Veronica Flores joined National Search Associates in 1997. As Senior Recruiter, Veronica is responsible for sourcing strategies, networking and candidate development.

She has fifteen years of experience recruiting and has successfully identified and recruited executive talent for some of the most challenging search assignments.

Her primary recruiting focus has been in Pharmaceutical Development – Analytical, Formulations and Process Development. She also has experience recruiting across Research and Development, Clinical and Medical Affairs.

Veronica is originally from Los Angeles. She moved to Carlsbad in 1991 where she continues to reside.
