Dr. Ishu Tayal

Dr. Ishu Tayal, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Manager and Regional Head-West at the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) since November 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Tayal had an extensive career at BSEIndia from April 2011 to November 2020, where responsibilities included increasing trading volume in various segments and guiding a team to achieve performance goals. Dr. Tayal began a career at ICICI Securities as a Senior Relationship Manager, focusing on customer acquisition and maintaining long-term client relationships while addressing diverse financial needs. Academically, Dr. Tayal holds a PhD from Manipal University Jaipur, an MBA in Marketing from IBS, a BSc in Biotechnology, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Rajasthan.
