Rich Hanspire

Rich Hanspire has over three decades of experience in training development and management, primarily in the fields of radiological and nuclear weapons of mass destruction. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at NSTec since November 2008, Rich focuses on developing training programs within the Prevention and Response mission areas. Prior to this role, Rich managed a team at NSTec, LLC, delivering training to various entities across the U.S. and overseas. Previous experience includes directing training for nuclear operations at Bechtel Nevada and managing job skills training at EG&G Energy Measurements. Rich’s military background as a Chief Warrant Officer in the US Army laid the foundation for a distinguished career in training and operations. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from the University at Albany, with an educational background from Boise State University and Indiana University Jeffersonville.
