Pavel Nosov

Pavel Nosov is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Actions for International Securities at the National Settlement Depository since February 2023. Previously, Pavel held roles such as Team Lead Manager of Corporate Actions at Sberbank and Lead Expert in Corporate Actions at the National Settlement Depository. With a strong background in managing internal software for corporate actions, participating in product development, and mentoring, Pavel has contributed to significant projects and operational improvements in the finance sector. Pavel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics focused on international business strategies and risks from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, along with a Law diploma from the State University of Land Use Planning. Currently, Pavel is pursuing further education at School 21.
