Jennifer Benner has over a decade of experience in resource development and technical assistance related to sexual violence, currently serving as Resource and Technical Assistance Coordinator at the National Sexual Violence Resource Center since 2010. Jennifer’s previous roles at NSVRC include Resource Development Coordinator and Resource Development Specialist, with responsibilities encompassing the creation and editing of resources on sexual violence topics, as well as grant management support. Prior to NSVRC, Jennifer held positions as a Research Fellow at the Partnership for Public Service, a Staff Assistant at American University, and a Research Associate at My Sister's Place. Jennifer's involvement in public advocacy includes founding the VOX Chapter at York College of Pennsylvania and interning with Planned Parenthood of Central Pennsylvania and Amnesty International. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy and a Graduate Certificate in Women, Policy, and Political Leadership from American University, along with a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania.
