Serge Rouleau possesses extensive experience in project and operations management across various companies in the logistics and operations sector. Currently serving as Project Manager, National Quality & Systems Manager, and National Operations Manager at National Shunt Service since October 2011, Serge focuses on Canadian business operations development, business transitions, and the creation of safety and quality programs. Previously, as General Manager at Kenco Group, Inc., from October 2007 to July 2011, Serge oversaw the transition of a 1 million square foot RDC and enhanced operations through Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean methodologies, budget implementation, and KPI analysis. Serge's career also includes roles as Operations Manager at Livingston International and Warehouse Manager at TNT Logistics, where management of operations and personnel across multiple divisions was key. Education was pursued at Loyalist College from 2011 to 2012.
