Bhawana Verma

Bhawana Verma has extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations, specializing in skill development and human resources. Currently serving as the Regional Head - East at the National Skill Development Corporation since August 2015, Bhawana has implemented various schemes aimed at enhancing regional skill development. Concurrently, since December 2010, Bhawana has worked as a Consultant in Change Management at the Department of Information Technology, focusing on capacity building and training strategies for e-governance initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Human Resource at HDFC Standard Life, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes, and as Regional Coordinator at Birla Sun Life Insurance, concentrating on manpower planning.
