Management and Supervision

The Management and Supervision team at NSDC is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the company's operations to ensure effective execution of its skill development initiatives. This includes monitoring and evaluation of programs, engaging with state and district level entities, managing corporate social responsibility activities, driving business development, enhancing customer experience, supervising marketing efforts, and handling human resources. The team works collaboratively to support and enhance private sector participation in vocational training, ensuring high-quality and scalable outcomes.
