The National Sleep Foundation (NSF) is an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health and well-being through sleep education and advocacy. NSF conducts groundbreaking research and uses proven methods to investigate how cultural behavior and the latest trends are impacting the state of our sleep. NSF is committed to making sleep science simple to understand—it’s the reason we’re the go-to source for healthy sleep habits and routines.
