Mark R. Rosekind

Dr. Rosekind is an internationally recognized expert on human fatigue, credited with leading the field in innovative research and implementing programs in all modes of transportation. He previously served on the NSF Board and is a recipient of the NSF's Lifetime Achievement Award. Dr. Rosekind served as Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and was a member of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), both Senate confirmed Presidential appointments. He also was previously the Director of the NASA Fatigue Countermeasures Program.
