Erik Bilicki

Erik Bilicki serves as President of Mid America Distribution Company since 2021, where leadership encompasses daily operations for a distributor serving over 700 convenience stores and entertainment venues. Bilicki is also a member of the Leadership Council at the National Small Business Association and President of Granoa Inc. In previous roles, Bilicki has held significant positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Guns.com, where operational sales and P&L ownership were key responsibilities, and Director of Retail Technology at SUPERVALU, managing a substantial budget. With a background in retail and technology, Bilicki has successfully mentored startups through the Newchip Accelerator and built a consulting practice focused on retail and hospitality. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Resource Management from Central Michigan University, with additional studies from Michigan Technological University and Oakland University.
