Shanon Marks serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Agency 39A since November 2019, focusing on business transformation through connected experiences. In addition to this role, Shanon is a member of the Leadership Council at the National Small Business Association since July 2023. Previously, Shanon was the President of Drawn from August 2014 to August 2019, where the company focused on de-risking design for enterprise-scale innovation programs. As the CEO and Founder of MADE BOARDS from September 2012 to September 2017, Shanon established the world’s first 3D-printed high-performance custom windsurf, stand-up paddle, and surfboards. Earlier career experience includes roles as Creative Director at Accenture and Senior Art Director at The Chronicle of Higher Education and Roll Call. Shanon's education was completed at the University of Maryland from 1994 to 1999.
