Eric Charsky

Eric Charsky has extensive experience in leadership and recruitment across various sectors, including biotechnology, defense, and government services. Currently serving on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association since September 2023, Eric actively engages with key stakeholders to support small businesses. As President of the Charsky Group since January 2008, Eric specializes in connecting companies with talent in challenging labor markets. Eric also volunteers as an ambassador for Imerman Angels, providing vital support to cancer patients and their caregivers. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of Elite AO Systems, Senior Recruiting Manager at PlaneTechs LLC, and lobbyist at The Livestrong Foundation. Eric's military background includes service in the US Army Special Warfare Center and the 82nd Airborne Division. Education was completed at the University of Maryland.
