Rodneikka Scott

Rodneikka Scott, MSC, CAE, CSM, currently serves as the Vice President of Member and State Engagement at the National Society of Professional Engineers, where responsibilities include executing the Strategic Plan focused on advocacy, membership growth, and revenue generation. Previously, Rodneikka held leadership roles including Chief Membership and Diversity Programs Officer and Director at the Endocrine Society, as well as Executive Director and CoFounder of Simply Fit, overseeing nonprofit initiatives aimed at engaging minority youth in sports. Additional experience includes senior director positions at ASIS&T and member services leadership at the American Urological Association and American Academy of Otolaryngology. Rodneikka's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mass Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism Public Relations from Arkansas State University.
