Tom C. Roberts

Tom C. Roberts, P.E., is a seasoned management consultant with a career spanning several decades, currently serving as the Board Treasurer for The Order of the Engineer since October 2024. As a management consultant at Upward Consulting since 1989, Tom specializes in enhancing the performance of small and medium-sized businesses. Tom's leadership roles include President of the National Society of Professional Engineers from 2017 to 2018 and service as a representative to multiple engineering boards. Tom also held significant positions in education as Assistant Dean at Kansas State University and as Chair of the Academy of Fellows for the American Society for Engineering Education. Additionally, Tom's commitment to community and leadership is reflected in involvement with the Republican Party of Kansas and Sigma Chi Fraternity, where Tom received the prestigious Order of Constantine honor. Tom earned a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Kansas State University.
