Jamie Champagne is a seasoned business analysis professional, speaker, and trainer with extensive experience in providing insightful coaching and mentorship on business analysis capabilities. Since November 2017, Jamie has led Champagne Collaborations, where valuable guidance is offered to organizations and individuals during significant change efforts. Jamie serves as an author for LinkedIn Learning and Pluralsight, contributing technical courses on business analysis. As President and Past President of the IIBA Hawaii Chapter, Jamie has promoted business analysis practices in Hawaii. Academic endeavors include instructing Management Information Systems at Hawaii Pacific University and developing the institution's first business analysis course. Previous roles at The Queen's Medical Center and Hawaiian Telcom further showcase Jamie's expertise in IT solution implementation and enterprise analysis. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics.
