Nicole Wanzer - Serrano

Nicole Wanzer-Serrano has extensive experience in the debate and education sectors, currently serving as Chief Development Officer for the National Speech & Debate Association since September 2014. With a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Dartmouth College, Nicole co-owned and directed marketing for the Dartmouth Debate Institute from 1999 to 2016. Previous roles include serving as Executive Director for the Dallas Urban Debate Alliance, where Nicole significantly increased participation in debate programs, and as a Debate Fellow at both the Calvin Coolidge Memorial Foundation and the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Nicole has also held leadership positions, such as serving on the Executive Board of the National Debate Coaches Association and directing debate at Lexington High School, alongside teaching and counseling at Montgomery Bell Academy.
