Shania Hunt currently serves as the Co-Head Coach of the USA Debate Program at the National Speech & Debate Association, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright. Shania has a strong background in education and debate, having been the Head of Middle School Speech and Debate Program and a teacher at The Harker School, managing a team of assistant coaches and leading frequent practice sessions. Shania has also held positions in publishing and editorial roles at the Global Debate Symposium and Champion Briefs, and provided legal assistance at Milstein, Jackson, Fairchild & Wade LLP, alongside tutoring students in various subjects. Shania is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, following a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from UCLA.
