Maureen Handler is the owner of Southern Environmental since 2008 and Environmental Response since February 1997. Prior to that, Maureen worked as an Engineer at Marion Environmental from 1994 to 1997. Maureen graduated from Virginia Tech in 1986 with a BS in Civil Engineering, specializing in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
