Jennifer Flatley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in social care. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at the National Standards Authority of Ireland since March 2021, Jennifer previously held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Owens & Minor International from November 2016 to March 2020, a leading global healthcare solutions company. Jennifer's early career included positions as a Social Care Worker at Daffodil Care Services and TTM Healthcare Group, where responsibilities included providing therapeutic support to young people in residential settings. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Social Educator at the Sylvanvale Foundation, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Educational qualifications include a Certified Member designation from the Chartered Institute of Professional Development and an MSc in HRM with CIPD accreditation from Dublin City University. Jennifer also holds an Honours degree in Applied Social Studies from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
