Pamela has worked in various roles at Louth County Council and currently serves as the Principal Scientific Officer at the National Standards Authority of Ireland. Pamela holds a PhD in Biology and has received multiple certifications in project management, environmental engineering, and health and safety. Pamela is also a Chartered Biologist with expertise in emergency planning and response, environmental auditing, and environmental protection.
