Akanksha Gupta

Akanksha Gupta is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the National Corporate Talent Lead at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited since September 2022, where responsibilities include HR partnering with corporate functions, driving talent acquisition and workforce planning, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, establishing HR metrics for data-driven decisions, and overseeing group-level reporting and HRIS process transformation. Prior to this role, Akanksha held various human resources positions at SMFG India Credit from May 2015 to September 2022, including Senior Manager and Human Resources Manager, and gained initial HR experience as an intern at Ogilvy & Mather and as a reporter and management intern at Aaj Tak. Akanksha holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services from Chetana Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
