Akshay Agarwal is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Compliance Manager at National Stock Exchange of India Limited since January 2022, Akshay previously held the same position at ICICI Bank from September 2021 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Company Secretary at Continuum Wind Energy Pvt Ltd. and Century Enka Ltd., and Assistant Company Secretary at Jindal Saw Limited. Akshay holds an Associate’s Degree in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer.
