Blair Fogarty

Blair Fogarty serves as the Manager of Legal Operations at the National Student Clearinghouse since October 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing efficiency within legal operations, managing the Department's budget, and overseeing contract preparation in compliance with legal requirements. Previously, Blair held positions such as Contracts Manager and Senior Client Relationship Specialist, focusing on contract management systems and client relations. Prior experience includes serving as an ETV Coordinator at Foster Care to Success, managing federal grant distribution for foster youth, and as an Usher at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. Blair holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from George Mason University and a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
