Kim Duclos has extensive experience in the field of graphic design and web development. Kim began their career in 1992 as the owner, graphic designer, and web developer at KSquared Design & OuttaSite, Inc., where they assisted clients in creating effective designs to meet their marketing and informational needs. During their time at KSquared Design & OuttaSite, Inc., Duclos successfully built and led a collaborative creative team. In 2005, they joined EarthScope as an Art Director, where they produced a wide range of materials for both internal and external audiences. In 2006, Duclos joined the National Student Clearinghouse, initially as a Creative Director and later as a Web Art Director. In these roles, they managed and directed designs for various internal and external audiences, maintaining the overall brand while targeting specific demographics. Duclos worked closely with internal clients to achieve design goals and provided fresh and creative style and strategy to each project. Their work experience spans over two decades, showcasing their expertise and dedication to the field of graphic design.

Kim Duclos has a varied education history. Kim attended George Mason University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Instructional Design & Technology. Kim also obtained a Graduate Certificate in e-Learning during the same period. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism/Art at Marshall University from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, they completed a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) program at George Mason University in 2008. Kim Duclos also holds a certification in "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2019.
