Lori Rocker

Lori (Carter) Rocker has extensive work experience in project management and program management roles. Lori currently serves as the Director of Strategic Program Management at National Student Clearinghouse, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at the same company from October 2018 to August 2021.

Before joining National Student Clearinghouse, Lori worked at Intersections Inc., where they held several roles. Lori served as the Senior Director of Business Solutions from June 2016 to September 2018 and as the Director of Project Management from March 2012 to June 2016. In these positions, they led various projects, including new product launches, process improvements, and the re-establishment of the Project Management Office. Lori also managed a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Lori's previous experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at 3T International, where they managed a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) project for the General Services Administration. Lori also worked as a Project Manager at Intel Online Services and as a Systems Programmer Analyst at Columbia Energy Group.

Lori (Carter) Rocker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College from 1990 to 1994. Lori later pursued an MBA in Business Administration from George Mason University - Costello College of Business, from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2003.
