Mikyung Ryu

Mikyung Ryu, Ph.D. has a strong background in research and policy analysis in the field of education. Mikyung started their career as an Assistant Professor of Education at Wagner College in 2000 and later served as a Senior Policy Analyst at The National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education from 2001 to 2007. Ryu then joined the American Council on Education as an Associate/Interim Director of Policy Analysis, where they worked until 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they held the position of Senior Study Director & Communications Specialist at Westat. Currently, Ryu is serving as the Senior Director of Research Publications at the National Student Clearinghouse, a role they have held since 2019.
