Bor-Chen Kuo

Bor-Chen Kuo currently serves as the President of National Taichung University of Education, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Bor-Chen Kuo was the Director at the Department of Information and Technology Education under the Ministry of Education, Taiwan, from February 2019 to July 2022. Additionally, Bor-Chen Kuo held the titles of Professor and Dean at National Taichung University of Education from June 2013 to February 2019. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in electrical and computer engineering from Purdue University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
