Shiva Goel currently serves as a Senior Advisor at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) since April 2024. Previously, Shiva held the position of Legal Advisor at the Federal Communications Commission from May 2022 to April 2024. Before that, Shiva was a Partner and also served as an Associate at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP between September 2014 and May 2022. Shiva's legal experience includes clerking for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 2013 to 2014 and for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2011 to 2013. Shiva's academic background includes education from Cornell University and the University of Virginia School of Law, as well as early education from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
