Tom Rolfes is a Broadband Program Specialist at the US Department of Commerce, NTIA, where responsibilities include administration of federal grant programs authorized by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Previously, Tom served as Project Lead for Network Nebraska, advising the State Chief Information Officer and coordinating technical management of the network. Tom also held the position of Executive Liaison to the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Educational Technology Association, and Education Information Technology Manager for the Nebraska Information Technology Commission. Additionally, Tom has experience as a teacher and technology coordinator in various educational institutions. Tom possesses advanced education in Leadership Studies, Educational Administration, and Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
