Buffy Harris has extensive experience in meeting and event planning, holding roles such as Director of Meetings and Education at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association and Project Manager at Infinity Conference Group, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at The College Board as Associate Director and Assistant Director of Event Planning. Harris also served as the Special Projects Director at the Society for Technical Communication, where they managed large conferences and sponsorship programs.
Buffy Harris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1995. Buffy also holds multiple certifications in event and meeting management, including the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation obtained in 2019 and the Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) obtained in 2021.
