Michele Holley has over two decades of experience in the accounting field, currently serving as an Accountant I at NTCA since May 2000. Responsibilities include managing intercompany transfers, overseeing collections of overdue accounts, processing credit card transactions, and managing cash receipts for the company’s lockbox. Additionally, Michele assists with annual audits and event closures while ensuring accurate account reconciliation. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Capital One from January 1999 to April 2000, where tasks involved customer service, check deposits, and balance transfers. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of the District of Columbia, completed between 1994 and 1999. Further educational pursuits at Strayer University are noted.
