Michelle Chuang, CMP, is a seasoned professional in event planning and management, currently serving as Senior Meetings Manager at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association since February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Meeting Planner for the American Bar Association, where Michelle coordinated comprehensive conference operations. Previous positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, including Event Planning Manager and Event Sales Manager, highlight a strong track record in managing large-scale events, enhancing revenue through upselling, and excelling in client relations. Michelle's career began with internships and entry-level positions in various hospitality roles, ultimately earning a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University in 2014.
