Michelle Rounds Ly has extensive experience in advocacy and institutional support, currently serving as the Advocacy Programs Manager at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association since December 2007. Previously, Michelle worked as a Special Assistant in the Office of the President at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts from 2000 to 2007, and as a Staff Assistant for Senator Orrin Hatch in 1999. Michelle holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, earned between 2003 and 2007, and a BS in Theater and History from Weber State University, completed in 1998.
