Suzanne Bird has extensive experience in administrative roles, currently serving as the Senior Administrative Coordinator for Benefits Operations at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association since March 2013. Prior to this, Suzanne held positions as an Executive Administrative Assistant at NTCA and as an Executive Assistant at Mid-Carolina Electric Cooperative, Inc. from March 2008 to August 2012. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at Xchange from April 2003 to August 2006 and working as a Recruiting Specialist at Accenture between 1996 and 2001. Suzanne completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Administrative Office Technology with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management at Piedmont Technical College from 2010 to 2013.
