Taylor Holland is a seasoned professional in digital communications and political strategy, currently serving as the Digital Communications Manager at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association since July 2022. Previously, during a distinguished tenure with Fairfax County Government from March 2013 to July 2022 as Chief Of Staff, Taylor Holland managed a $7 billion budget and supervised a team while advising on legislative and policy issues. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Campaign Advisor for Jeff McKay for Chairman, where Taylor Holland successfully led campaign efforts in Virginia's largest locality, and roles as a Staff Writer for The Washington Examiner and The Selma Times-Journal, demonstrating strong journalistic capabilities. Taylor Holland holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Alabama.
