Tracey Jones

Tracey Jones has extensive experience in claims operations and patient services, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Claims Operations Manager at NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association since December 1998, Tracey has also held the role of Senior Claims Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Tracey worked at Haywood Regional Medical Center from August 1990 to December 1998 as a Patient Service Representative II and contributed as an Assistant Supervisor. Tracey Jones is a graduate of Tuscola High School.
