Adam Blackwell currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience and Commercial Operations at the National Theatre, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Adam held various roles at the City of London Corporation from October 2011 to July 2023, including Principal Attraction Manager and Exhibition Manager for Tower Bridge. Adam's experience also includes serving as Operations Manager for the Arts and Museums Service at Barnsley MBC from April 2010 to September 2011 and as Front of House Manager at Sheffield Museums from April 2008 to March 2010. Adam obtained a Master's degree in Heritage and Interpretation from the University of Leicester between 2018 and 2020, along with a Bachelor's degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from the same institution from 2000 to 2003.
