Caroline Cutmore

Caroline Cutmore currently serves as the Head of Visitor Engagement & Operations at the National Theatre, a position held since May 2019. Prior to this role, Caroline was the General Manager at St Michael's Mount with St Aubyn Estates from March 2017 to December 2018. Caroline's extensive experience in ticketing and visitor services includes roles as Ticketing and Sales Manager at the Royal Collection Trust and Sales and Ticketing Manager, as well as Visitor Services Manager at the National Portrait Gallery. Earlier in the career, Caroline worked as Operations Manager at Theatre Royal, Windsor, and Deputy Theatre Manager at Fortune Theatre, London, where key responsibilities included overseeing financial, commercial, and operational aspects. An education in English and Drama was obtained from Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating with a BA Honours in 2005.
