Ian Broadbridge is a qualified health and safety professional, currently serving as the Head of Health & Safety at the National Theatre since January 2023. Previously, Ian held multiple roles at Optyma Security Systems Ltd from May 2016 to January 2023, including CEO and Operations, Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Manager. Ian's extensive career also includes a long tenure at the Metropolitan Police from December 1985 to February 2016, where roles included Senior Manager, Operations Manager, and Team Manager.
