Randall Fleming

Randall Fleming is a technical trainer at the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), where Randall focuses on training tile installers. Prior to their current role, Randall worked at Ballard Tile as a foreman since September 1979. Before that, Randall was a lead ceramic sanitation tech at Rancho Del Rey Golf Course from June 1975 to March 1979.
