Rebecca Martini

Rebecca Martini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing, strategic advising, and management within government and military organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer and Editor for the National Transportation Safety Board since July 2020, Martini also operates as a Strategic Advisor for Martini Media Solutions since January 2011. Previously, Martini held key leadership roles at Naval Reactors, including Director of Management and Administration, where oversight of Human Capital policy and a $95M personnel budget was managed, as well as Director of Corporate Operations, ensuring effective operations within a $50M budget. Contributions to workforce development included the creation of the first-ever professional development policy for Naval Reactors. Martini's career commenced in the US Navy as a Nuclear-trained Surface Warfare Officer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, alongside rigorous training at the US Navy's Nuclear Power School.
