Cian O'Connor

Cian O'Connor, CFA, serves as the ISIF Investment Manager for Climate & Technology at the National Treasury Management Agency since October 2022. Prior to this role, Cian worked at AIB from 2020 to 2022, specializing in European leveraged credit, focusing on syndicated leveraged loans and high-yield bonds in the European market. Cian's experience also includes a position at Deloitte from 2016 to 2019, where project management and strategic advisory services were provided in relation to new technologies across the payments, banking, and investment management sectors in Ireland, the UK, and Western Europe. Earlier, Cian held the role of Structured Products Dealer at Bank of Ireland Corporate and Markets from 2015 to 2016. Educational credentials include being a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute, obtaining a Diploma in Corporate Law & Governance from the Law Society of Ireland, and earning a B.Sc. in Physics and Chemistry from University College Dublin.
