Amanda Bloomberg is a seasoned professional in community investments with significant experience in tax credit transactions. Currently serving as Senior Acquisitions Manager at the National Trust Community Investment Corporation since July 2017, Amanda is responsible for identifying, structuring, and conducting preliminary underwriting for prospective federal and state historic tax credit (HTC) and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) investments. Prior experience includes roles at Aegon USA Realty Advisors, LLC, where Amanda advanced from Tax Credit Intern to Associate Director of Community Investments, successfully originating, underwriting, and closing numerous tax credit transactions while managing a portfolio of over 70 investments. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa.
