Kathleen Galvan

Kathleen Galvan is an experienced acquisitions and asset manager currently serving at the National Trust Community Investment Corporation since 2011. In this role, Kathleen has managed the financial closing process for real estate investments nationwide, successfully closing transactions totaling over $870 million. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development and Project Manager/Controller at InterAmerican Advisors, where Kathleen oversaw a commercial and residential real estate portfolio and collaborated with various professionals in development projects. Kathleen's leadership was also evident during tenure as Co-Chairman at Houston Young People for the Arts and as Chief Operating Officer at Katy Briscoe, Inc. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Advertising and Plan II Liberal Arts Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
